Analyze and discuss the manner and extent to which any such deviation caused or contributed to the outcome of the case.

Review, summarize, and critique reports, interrogatories, and depositions.

Research, identify, locate, and co-ordinate expert witness review and testimony.

Interview clients, witnesses, and medical experts.

Review and assess injuries as to causation and possible contributing factors.

Attend and report on Independent/Direct Medical Examinations (IME/DME).

Serve as an expert witness in regard to nursing procedures, standards, and care.
